Parish Electoral Roll

This year a NEW ROLL is to be compiled and application forms will be available in each Church from Sunday 10th March until Sunday 24th March.
Everyone who is eligible and wishes to be on the roll will need to apply even if they are already on the current roll.

Listening Post - Help Needed

Listening Post (our local Christian Counselling Service ) is currently short of voluntary receptionists at the Cheltenham centre (the Hesters Way Resource Centre). Duties include answering the telephone and taking calls from new clients, for which full training will be given.
If anyone feels they would like to help out or find out more then please check out the Listening Post website or ring the Cheltenham office on 01242 256060 or Geoff Foster on 01242 583602.

The Light Bookstall visits

Following the Morning Service
Come along and have a coffee or tea and browse the wide range of books, cards, gifts and Christian essentials.
Or place an order. Support a small local business who also gives us a commission on all sales.
The bookshop will be visiting us on the first Sunday of each month apart from the August break for holidays.
So, the dates for their visits during 2019 are:
7 Apr, 5 May, 2 Jun, 7 July, 1 Sep, 6 Oct, 3 Nov, 1 Dec.

Looking after our children at St B’s

Please can we remind all parents/carers that you are responsible for ensuring your children are kept safe at all times before, during and after the service (apart from when they are in Lightzone). This includes not allowing younger children to go out of the church unaccompanied e.g. for the toilet - (there have been instances of people coming in off the street to use the toilets).

Parish Office - Help needed

We would like the Office to be open 5 mornings a week. We are looking for a volunteer / volunteers to work with Jackie, our paid administrator, to cover 2 mornings a week: Friday and one other morning. Skills needed are: answering the phone and taking messages and bookings, ability to work on the computer, receiving and recording money paid into the office and respecting confidentiality.
